Obituary
New Bedford – Alice (Grabiec) Belina, 98, died Saturday, May 8, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital. She was the wife of the late Frank S. Belina.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Walter and Agnes (Zabiak) Grabiec, she lived here all her life. She was employed as an executive secretary for Chamberlain Mfg., Co. until her retirement. She was a communicant of the former St. Casimir Church and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
Alice was a member of the Polish Women’s Business and Professional Club, the Friends of Poland, and the Polish and American World War Ladies Auxiliary.
She was an excellent sewer, and loved Polka dancing and Polish music.
Survivors include her son, William Belina, Sr., of Chicopee; her daughter, Karen Coleman, of New Bedford; 2 grandchildren, William Belina, Jr. and Kevin Belina; and 2 great grandchildren, Ryan Belina and Marissa Belina.
She was the sister of the late Stanley J. Grabiec.
