Avery Rose Obituary
New Bedford – Avery C. (Mastera) Rose, 74, of New Bedford, died Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Born in New Bedford, daughter of the late John T. and Flossie (Levesque) Mastera, she lived in New Bedford all her life. She was a homemaker.
Avery enjoyed nature and the arts. She loved talking to animals, especially her cats, Franklin and the late Niko. She was a good Mom and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by a daughter, Desiree D. Mastera; a brother, Gilbert Mastera; 1 grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Frank Rose II, and sister of the late Jack, Richard, Frank and Robert Mastera.
