Carlos A. Concepcion

Carlos A. Concepcion, 64, died on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Mill Brook Nursing Home in Fall River after a long illness.

Born in Isabela, Puerto Rico, son of the late Pascual and Ana (Mercado) Concepcion, he lived in Puerto Rico for most of his life.

Carlos was a very helpful person who appreciated nature. He enjoyed dancing and playing dominoes. He especially loved spending time with his family.

Carlos is survived by his brother, Wilfredo Concepcion; his sister, Maria Acevedo; and several nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Rafael, Ana Delia, and Rosa Maria Concepcion.

Visiting hours are Wednesday, April 1, 2026 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, with a service at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, New Bedford.
