Dianne Whittaker Obituary
New Bedford - Dianne J. (Arsenault) Whittaker, 72, died Thursday, August 10, 2017, at The Oaks. She was the daughter of the late Oscar and Yvonne (Cormier) Arsenault.
Born in New Bedford, she was a lifelong city resident. She was employed as a clothing inspector for Elco until her retirement.
Dianne enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and friends.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Angela Dussault and Jessica Dussault, both of New Bedford; 2 brothers, Oscar Arsenault and Robert Arsenault and wife, Sue, all of New Bedford; 3 sisters, Pauline Parkinson and husband, Ray of Wareham, Rita Silvia of Nevada, and Jacqueline Perkins and her husband, Tom of New Bedford; 2 granddaughters, Jayliana Collazo and Cataleah Quinones; and 1 grandson, Alexander Dussault; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Laura Lee Whittaker.
Visitation is 2 -4 P.M., Saturday, September 2, 2017, with a service at 3:30 P.M. at Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford.
