Douglas Souza Obituary
New Bedford - Douglas G. Souza , 65 died Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital. He was the son of the late Charles and Rosette (Alphonse) Souza. He was born in Acushnet and lived in New Bedford.
Douglas enjoyed camping, watching baseball, football and basketball. He especially loved spending time with his family.
He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran.
Survivors include 1 daughter, Christina N. Souza of Taunton and her soul mate, James; 1 stepson, Michael Howard and wife, Kathleen; 2 stepdaughters, Colleen Howard and husband, Steven and Liza Muniz and husband, Daniel; 1 brother, Charles Souza and wife, Claire; 1 sister, Sandra Soucy and husband, Normand; and 3 grandchildren.
His memorial service will be announced at a later date.
