Eduardo Silva Obituary
New Bedford – Eduardo E. Silva, 58, died Thursday, October 22, 2020, at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Born in Ponta Delgada, Portugal, son of the late Mariano and Natalia (Paiva) Silva, Eduardo lived in New Bedford for the last 10 years. He was employed as an industrial worker.
Eduardo loved dogs, and enjoyed soccer, racquet ball and boating, and most of all spending time with his family.
Survivors include his fiancée, Jeanine Dias; 3 brothers, M. Frank Silva, Victor Silva and Joao V. Silva; 3 nieces, Sonia, Shelley and Leah; 4 nephews, Phillipe, Paul, Victor and Erik; 6 great-grandnieces and nephews; and many cousins.
Private services are with Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford.
Due to the Covid-19 crisis, a Memorial Mass will be held at a later date and posted on our website.
