Edward J. Bobrowiecki

Edward J. Bobrowiecki, 75, died Saturday, January 4, 2025 at St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Patricia D. (Macomber) Bobrowiecki.

Born in Acushnet, the son of the late Edward and Helena M. (Palys) Bobrowiecki, he lived in New Bedfrord his entire life. He was an electrician with Industrial Electrical until his retirement. 

Edward enjoyed fishing, gardening, and quahogging. He especially loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his two stepsons, Mark and Shawn Santos; and his two sisters, Helena Oliveira and her husband, Arthur, and Elaine Zimberlin.

He was the stepfather of the late Jonathan Santos; and the brother of the late Joseph M. Bobrowiecki.

Visiting hours are Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, with a service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
