Evelyn Moniz Obituary
Wareham – Evelyn L. (Polchlopek) Moniz, 72, died at home, Friday, January 31, 2020, unexpectedly.
Born and raised in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Tadeusz and Irene M. (Bielski) Polchlopek, she was a resident of Wareham for many years. She was a longtime waitress at Pa Raffa’s Restaurant until her retirement.
Evelyn’s favorite pastimes were knitting and crocheting. She loved animals, especially her 3 cats.
She is survived by 1 niece and 1 nephew, and several cousins.
Evelyn was the sister of the late Sally Hill.
Her burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery will be announced at a later date.
