Hermine Szala Obituary
Dartmouth – Hermine Szala, 99, died Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at home. She was the daughter of the late Karol and Jozefa (Lesniak) Szala.
Born in New Bedford, she lived in Dartmouth for most of her life. She was a jewelry designer and had a talent for creating department store displays, before her retirement.
Hermine was a communicant of St. Julie Billiart Church.
She is survived by Arlene Szala, Robert Szala, Joann Medeiros and several other cousins.
She was the sister of the late Albin Szala.
Her funeral Mass was celebrated Saturday, October 5, 2019, in St. Julie Billiart Church, and burial will be private.
