New Bedford – Karen Coleman, 69, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital after a brief illness.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Frank and Alice (Grabiec) Belina, Karen lived in the city for most of her life. She was a homemaker.
Karen enjoyed her time spent in Maine. She was an avid football fan, and she especially loved her dog, Max.
Karen is survived by her brother, William Belina, Sr.; her nephews, William Belina, Jr. and Kevin Belina; her great-nephew, Ryan Belina; her great-niece, Marissa Belina; and her caretakers, Virginia “Gina” Farizo and Stephanie Alves.
Private services are with Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford.
