Luis Cruz Obituary
New Bedford - Luis A. Cruz, 59, died Sunday, October 1, 2017 at St. Luke's Hosptial.
Born in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, the son of Jose Cruz and the late Julia Cuadrado, he lived in New Bedford most of his life.
Luis enjoyed the sport of baseball. He loved his family and spending time with them.
He is survived by his father, Jose; one sister, Magaly Cruz; 2 brothers, Jose Cruz and Antonio Cruz; 4 children; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and many friends.
His graveside service will be 11 A.M., Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Pine Grove Cemetery, New Bedford. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Arrangements are with Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford.
