Matthew Goyette Obituary
New Bedford - Matthew A. Goyette, 32, died Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at home unexpectedly. He was the fiance of Jennifer McLellan.
Born in New Bedford, a son of Roland Goyette and Nancy (Viator) Carvalho, he lived here all his life. He was employed as a carpenter for the Union Centry Drywall.
Matthew enjoyed the Celtics, cooking, writing poetry, drawing, music, fashion and telling jokes. He especially loved spending time with his children.
Survivors include his mother, Nancy and father, Roland; his fiance, Jennifer; 1 son, Brayden Goyette; 1 stepson, Jason McLellan; 2 daughters, Angelina Goyette and Gabriella Goyette; 2 brothers, Michael Goyette and Malachi Goyette; 2 sisters, Reina Goyette and Re'gan Goyette; 1 nephew, Armany Rosado; and his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation is 5 P.M., Friday, June 29, 2018 in Hope Evangelical Community Church, 88 Hathaway Rd., No. Dartmouth, with a memorial service at 6 P.M. Everyone is invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Matthew's memory may be made to the family.
