Michael Cannon, Jr. Obituary
New Bedford – Michael Patrick Cannon, Jr., 52, of New Bedford, died Friday, December 21, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the husband of Kathleen (Rimicci) Cannon.
Born in Bainbridge, Maryland, he was the son of Michael Patrick Cannon, Sr. and Jane Rose (Endrich) Pavia. He was a resident of Florida until coming to live in this area 6 years ago. He was employed in the construction industry.
Mr. Cannon greatly enjoyed the topic of history. He loved being with his wife and children, making them smile and laugh. He especially adored the family dog, Midnight.
Survivors include his wife; his parents; 2 sons, Michael Patrick Cannon III and William Vincent Cannon; 2 daughters, Teresa Marie Cannon and Tiffany Rose Cannon; 1 brother, John Cannon; and 6 sisters, Jackie Cannon Tripodi, Danielle Cannon, Tara Cannon, Erin Cannon, Jennifer Cannon and Alicia Cannon.
Visitation is 2 to 4 P.M., Thursday, December 27, 2018, with a service at 3:30 P.M., at Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford.
