Obituary
New Bedford – Nancy Ann Kondziolka. 80, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at St. Luke’s Hospital after a brief illness, on the eve of her 81st birthday.
Born in Acushnet, the daughter of the late Genowefa Kondziolka, Nancy was a lifelong resident of New Bedford. She was a secretary at the former Chamberlain Manufacturing company.
Nancy was an active communicant of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, and more recently she joined Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. She enjoyed reading, church activities, playing Mahjong, and shopping.
Nancy is survived by her cousins, Richard M. Gacek, Carol Schwartz and her husband, Fred, and Christine Post and her husband, Alan; and her 5 additional cousins, Scott, Sarah, Nathan, Gregory, and Dillon.
Her funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. Burial is private.
Arrangements are with Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford.
