Paula A. Mastine

Paula A. Mastine, 69, passed away on May 18, 2019.  She was the beloved daughter of the late Arthur and Sally (Swiszcz) Mastine.  She was a lifelong resident of New Bedford and a graduate of New Bedford High School.  She was employed for over 30 years in the Credit and Collections Department of Acushnet Company, retiring in 2005.  In more recent years, Ms. Mastine worked part time for the Kittansett Club.
     Well read in the classics, she especially enjoyed fantasy and science fiction novels, movies, and classical music.  She loved and devoted her time and care to her three cats.  Survivors include several Swiszcz family aunts and cousins and her faithful friend, Susan Millay.
     Visitation is 10 to 11 A.M., Wednesday, May 29, 2019, with a service at 11 A.M. at Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford.  Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
