Pearl (Ventor) Cunha

New Bedford - Pearl (Ventor) Cunha, 86, died Friday, October 16, 2015, at New Bedford Healthcare Center.  She was the wife of the late Edmund Cunha who died October 12, 2015.
     Born in Mattapoisett, daughter of the late George and Elmira (Perry) Ventor, she lived in New Bedford most of her life.  She loved her family, was an excellent cook and enjoyed playing bingo.
     Survivors include 4 sons, Steven Cunha, Karl Cunha, Scott Cunha and Erik Cunha, all of New Bedford; 3 sisters, Janet Pinard of Fairhaven, Rosemary Makara of Pennsylvania, and Ellen Goguen of South Carolina; 5 grandchildren and 8 greatgrandchildren.
     She was the sister of the late Robert Ventor and George Ventor.
     Her funeral service and burial in MA National Cemetery, Bourne will be private.
