Raymond R. Costa

Fall River – Raymond R. Costa, 75, of Fall River, died Tuesday, February 5, 2019.  He was the loving companion of Patricia Burke.
     Born in Fall River, the son of the late Dr. Raymond R. and Josephine K. (Krupa) Costa, he lived in this city all his life.  He was employed as an auditor for the State of Massachusetts until his retirement.
     Raymond enjoyed bike riding and loved animals, especially cats.
     He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam era, and attained the rank of Storekeeper 3rd Class Petty Officer.
     He is survived by his loving lifetime companion, Patricia Burke of Fall River; a sister, Josephine E. Coleman and husband, Michael of Westport; a brother, Anthony T. Costa of Plymouth; and 1 nephew, Atty. Michael Coleman II of Westport.
     A  Funeral Mass for Raymond will be  at 10 A.M., Tuesday, February 12, 2019, in St. Mary’s Church, 440 Main St., Fairhaven.  Relatives and friends are invited. Burial is private.
