Robert Blouse

New Bedford – Robert Blouse, 87, died Sunday, August 29, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital.  He was the husband of the late Philene (Bull) Blouse.

     Born in York, PA, the son of the late Luther and Sarah (Taylor) Blouse, he lived there all his life before moving to New Bedford recently, to live with his daughter.  He was employed as a fork lifter for Caterpillar Tractor Co., until his retirement.

     Robert was a barbershop singer and car enthusiast.  He most enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

     He is survived by his daughter, Stacey Blouse and her spouse, Lisa of New Bedford; and a niece, Jill Lio and her husband, Armando of Harrisburg, PA.
