Steven Gajewski Obituary
New Bedford - Steven T. Gajewski, 62, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital. He was the husband of Kathy (Gula) Gajewski.
Born in New Bedford, the son of Dolores (Corrigan) Gajewski and the late Lawrence Gajewski, he lived here all his life. He was employed as a tool maker for Spectra Medical Devices.
Steven enjoyed fishing, crab catching and being on the water, listening to music, and fixing things. He especially loved the family dog, "B."
Survivors include his wife, Kathy; his mother, Dolores; 2 sons, Andrew and Peter Gajewski, both of New Bedford; 2 brothers, Patrick Gajewski of New Bedford and Thomas Gajewski of Lakeville; and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours are 4 - 7 P.M., Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford. His funeral will be at 8:30 A.M., Monday from the funeral home, followed by a Mass at 9:30 A.M. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
