Susan M. Nolette

Susan M. Nolette, 73, died Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at home after a brief illness. She was the loving companion of the late Kevin Gracia. 

Born in Acushnet, daughter of the late James and Mary (Ryder) Allain, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life.

Susan was a cat lover and in her free time, she enjoyed camping, fishing, and cooking. She was especially fond of her grandchildren and loved spending time with her family.

Susan is survived by her 2 daughters, Jenny Reposa and Vicky Florent; her step-daughter, Amanda Greene; her 2 brothers, Robert and Alex Allain; her 2 sisters, Patricia Thibodeau and Linda Allain; and her 6 grandchildren, Brendin, Cameron, and Cayden Reposa, Jaden Florent, Hayleigh Chenard, and Vienna Iria.

She was the sister of the late James and Sandra Allain.

Visiting hours will be Friday, May 30, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, with a service at 5:30 p.m.
