Sylvia J. (Daley) Hebert

New Bedford - Sylvia J. (Daley) Hebert, 89, died Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at St. Luke's Hospital.  She was the wife of Joseph Wilfrid Hebert.
     Born in Waltham, MA, a daughter of the late Richard F. and Margurite M. (O'Brien) Daley, she lived in New Bedford for many years.  She was a homemaker.
     Mrs. Hebert was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
     Survivors include her husband, Joseph Wilfrid; a stepson, Michael Hebert; 4 stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Adam, Monique, and Nathan Hebert; and many nieces and nephews.
     She was the sister of the late John L., Paul H., Richard L., and Edward J. Daley, Frances McElhiney, Anna Marcoux and Marjorie Lee; and stepmother of the late Jacques and Claude Hebert.
     Visiting hours will be Monday at 9 - 10:30 A.M. with a service at 10:30 A.M. at Machnowski Funeral Home, 472 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford.  Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
