Valerie A. Champagne

Wareham – Valerie A. Champagne, 60, died Thursday, July 14, 2022 at the Tremont Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Andre and Irene (Carrier) Champagne.

Born in New Bedford, she was a lifelong resident of the city. She was a homemaker.

Valerie was a very talented pool player who also enjoyed making puzzles, drawing pictures, painting nails, and especially bingo. She was also an animal lover.

Survivors include 2 sisters, Michelle Champagne and Christine Caldas; 1 brother, Marc Thomas Champagne; 1 godson, Brian Champagne; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was the sister of the late Paulette Adams.

Her funeral Mass will be held Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church, 136 Earle Street, New Bedford. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Bedford.
