Arthur was a kind , humorous , outgoing person. And he was a great cook. If only my mom and I could have another dinner with him and watch Law & Order SVU. Unfortunstely he only touched my mom and my life for a short time. But it was a happy time that will always be remembered. My deepest sympathies to his daughter Lorrie and the rest of his family. It is really hard when you lose your dad. Just try to take comfort in your memories of him. And that he will always live on in your hearts.

Lorrie & Kristine, I am so glad we reconnected with your dad on a trip back East a few years ago. I'm also glad I got to meet you, Kristine, and your daughter. I had not been back to New Bedford in a very long time. Lorrie, I so enjoy our FB correspondence back & forth and feel I know you so well even though we've never met in person. When we still lived in New Bedford, my dad (Arthur's uncle) would take he, his dad & his brother fishing, which all enjoyed very much. Arthur was a very nice person and very close with family. I knew his parents also. These are difficult times to go through. I am so very glad you have your faith to keep you strong. The memories take over the sadness in time. Love, Joanie
